Pre-Wedding Diet

So everyone knows -- you get married, you go on a diet... you want to look the best you can for your wedding day.  So -- here I am almost two weeks in...trying, but not really.  Skittles for breakfast was the perfect start of my day.

So starting today, I'm going go to go to the grocery store...and really try.  You know, that's the hardest part for me.  Between work and being between Wynne and Walnut Ridge it is hard to buy food, without it spoiling or having it with you when you are hungry.  So tonight I will buy food for my house, Cory's house, and work.

My Goals:
  • Make healthy choices -  it's summer time, bring on the fresh fruits and veggies
  • Work out, as much as possible.
  • Tone arms, no one wants the flab in a wedding dress
  • Order ADVOCARE!  It is time to start the 24 Day Challenge!  Take Catalyst like crazy, I can tell a huge difference in the tone of my arms and legs when I take this!
  • Drink more water -- even though I hate it because I'm constantly having to go pee, it does make me feel so much better.
  • Say no to candy!

Maybe I should have Tiffany take before and after pictures.... haha, no probably not.  I don't need her to have anymore ammo than what she probably already has!!  I will weigh and measure, that always helps me stay motivated seeing the numbers decrease... let's say I need them to decrease 10 or 20!

Skittles are my happy drug.  I say it keeps me from being a "B"



I may need a lot more than a bag today!
